Water Leak in a Commercial Building

This Commercial Building had a water leak in the gym area that was hard to find. SERVPRO of Grand Routt Rio Blanco Counties immediately sent our highly trained techs to find the leak and fix the water damage. Our techs had to detach the gym mirrors to start demolition in the exterior wall and ceiling. They also removed the wet drywall and wet insulation; and found the two pipes, showing water leaking that affected the outer wall.

The drying out process started in all the affected areas when they stopped the source, as you can see in the after picture.
