Schuyler Clark

Schuyler is SERVPRO Reconstruction Manager. He has several years of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Which are applied structural drying, water damage restoration technician, biohazard, applied microbial remediation, and carpet cleaning.

Juan Canto

SERVPRO Crew Chief Juan, an experienced production technician, has recently advanced to Crew Chief managing additional technicians and jobs daily. His background in restoration is a valuable asset.  When Juan is not working, he enjoys his time staying active with his daughter and friends.

Marisa Santino

SERVPRO office Manager Marisa Santino knows first-hand the need for, and the importance, of total customer satisfaction. She enters data into our programs, helps with scheduling and internal file quality reviews. Marisa is a terrific multi-tasker!!  She still finds time to enjoy outdoor activities. We are glad to have her in our office. 

Tony Pierce

SERVPRO Production Manager, Tony Pierce, brings an impressive experience level he has developed over 17 years. Through SERVPRO and IICRC training and courses, Tony is proficient as an ASD-Applied Structural Drying Tech, WRT-Water Restoration Tech, and in Bio-Hazard Recovery. He is hands-on working with and training his crew. Luis enjoys helping our customers achieve total satisfaction with our efforts. 

Ryan Isham

General Manager, Ryan Isham, is licensed and certified by IICRC and CSLB. Ryan is a Master Restorer CCT, RRT, WRT, ASD, AMRT, and HST.  Every employee has been trained personally by Ryan to consistently deliver excellent quality work and customer service every single time. His years of experience, knowledge, and passion are always on display, day-in and day-out. He is a strong believer in the SERVPRO Mission Statement, which is, “To develop a team of quality people who focus on excellent service, fairness, and mutual respect.”

Russell Frederickson

Job File Auditor, Russell Frederickson, is our outstanding Operations Manager! Russell takes care of managing all of our on-site operations, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring our customers are always 100% satisfied with our work! Russell's experience and always pleasant personality brings a lot to our company! 

Reina Templeton

Reina Templeton started working for SERVPRO Of Summit, Lake, Park & Eagle reconstruction team. Reina has extensive experience in Project management for new construction projects in the past 6 years, focusing on learning and implement new ideas for companies. 

Reina inherently understands that the customer is the single most valuable asset an organization can have. When Reina not working, she is spending time with my son doing some hiking, biking, or movie and chill. She is very passionate about her work, detailed, and responsible for getting things on time and accurately.

Austin Pitts

Austin is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Grand Routt & Rio Blanco. He has a strong knowledge of the industry and is IICRC certified in WRT water, FSRT fire and smoke, AMRT applied microbial remediation, and OCT odor control. 

During his free time, Austin enjoys hiking and spending time with his friends.

Evie Holland

Evie Holland is the Contents Manager of SERVPRO of Grand Routt & Rio Blanco. Her background consists of working in Financial Services within the restoration industry. When she is not working, she enjoys outdoor activities. 

Fiorella Pacheco Dawson

Fio is the Administration-Generalist for SERVPRO of Grand Routt & Rio Blanco. She works entering data, preparing documents, picking up phone calls, in general, she is a big support for the office manager. When she is not working, she is enjoying outdoor activities like hiking and snowboarding.

Marjorie Vilchez

Marjorie Vilchez is our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Grand Routt & Rio Blanco. She is very enthusiastic and loves helping our customers with any type of loss. She also does Accounts Payable. Marjorie is originally from Lima, Peru, and has been in the valley for over 4 years.

Riley Winters

Riley Winters,  Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Grand  Routt & Rio Blanco. Riley is our newest Crew Chief and is IICRC trained in WTR water mitigation. Riley shows great leadership and the desire to learn the ropes of the restoration industry quickly. We are glad to have him aboard. When not at work, he's busy enjoying the outdoors. 

Jennifer Nix, Contents Manager

Since 2014, Jenni has demonstrated her dedication not only to SERVPRO of Grand, Routt, and Rio Blanco Counties, but also to our customers with her strong integrity, empathy, and consideration for others.  She is our Content Manager certified in Fire and Smoke Restoration with IICRC.  Jenni is also an Esporta Certified Operator, and experienced in using our Assured Software Program.  She handles content cleaning, inventory, and manages any pack-outs that arise making sure all items are effectively handled, taken care of, and accounted for.

Kristi Arredondo

Kristi is our first line of contact for most customers and is compassionate about the stressful situations our clients are experiencing when they call us.  She is WRT certified and interfaces with your insurance company to help make the process go as smoothly as possible.
